1. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL
ThinkRN provides access to digital educational content through recurring subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to automatic recurring billing at the rate selected during checkout (e.g., $30–$40 per month) unless and until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
2. BILLING AUTHORIZATION
By completing your purchase, you authorize ThinkRN to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the selected subscription rate until cancellation.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and accurate.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
Access to the platform will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
4. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate digital access provided upon subscription, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
ThinkRN does not provide refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds for:
- Partial use of the platform
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Inactivity
- Dissatisfaction after accessing content
- Exam outcomes
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
ThinkRN is an educational support platform. We do not guarantee:
- Passing any licensure examination
- Specific exam scores
- Academic success
- Employment outcomes
- Professional advancement
Performance on any examination depends on numerous factors beyond the control of ThinkRN, including individual study habits, prior knowledge, test-taking ability, and external preparation.
Use of this platform does not create any guarantee, warranty, or promise of licensure or certification.
6. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All content is provided for educational purposes only. ThinkRN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCLEX®, NCSBN®, or any licensing or regulatory body.
7. ACCOUNT SHARING & ABUSE
Subscriptions are for individual use only. Account sharing, content redistribution, screen recording, or reproduction of materials is strictly prohibited.
ThinkRN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspected abuse, content theft, or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.
8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting ThinkRN to resolve a billing issue may result in permanent account termination and denial of future access.
9. POLICY UPDATES
ThinkRN reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
